Once booked, confirmed and accommodated, guests, are obliged to stay until the end of the Erasmus Program

• Accommodation fees are paid monthly at the beginning of the month, not later than the 5^th of the month
• Monthly rent always counts from arrival date to the same date next month for every consecutive month (eg. 15.9.-15.10….)
• The room tariff mentioned on the website WWW.ACCOMMOD8BRATISLAVA.EU are final. Including wifi, electricity, heating, usage of all available appliances and facilities in the accommodation.
• Airport transfer is NOT included in the room tariff.
• Accommodation fee can be paid in advance at once for whole Erasmus program.
• Accommodation fee can also be paid for each month.  
• 20 Euros per day rate will be applied for guests who wish to stay after the term agreed or after the Erasmus Program
• To complete reservation a deposit of 350 Euros (per person) must be paid to:

The cancellation and early leave policy:

• Reservation cancelled before 30 day before start of the Semester will not be charged.
• Deposit will not be refunded if cancelation is made in less than 30 days before semester starts and for guests leaving before the end of Erasmus Program
• The deposit will be returned in the last month of the Semester
